Millions use the apps I built for others.
Now I am building my own.
I build software and I build companies. Seven years engineering software, including the fintech apps Bangladeshis use every day, four ventures of my own, three of which taught me more than they earned. Now one focused bet: Kotha Bolun.
Built for employers, except Mr. Med.

Paused
Veterinary telemedicine connecting pet and livestock owners with vets remotely.
A consult is cheap and rarely needed, so the commission on it could never fund the service around it. We paused before meaningful launch.
Wanting is not paying. Do the arithmetic before you build.
Pivoting
Online mock MCQ exams for competitive exam aspirants, plus exam infrastructure for coaching centres.
I scoped it beyond what the team could build, so the B2C product stalled. It is now run by my co-founder, with me advising.
Scope must match team capacity. But infrastructure outlives features.

We lacked marketing capability, a conflict with our marketing hire went unresolved, and my move to Dhaka broke operational continuity.
A working product without distribution is a hobby. Team conflicts do not resolve themselves.
Smaller products of my own, live now.
